General Summary
The Service Operations Support Manager in Training is accountable for managing and leading associates.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and lead associates to achieve production targets, maintain inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct observations of associates and communicate expectations.
• Participate in hiring and development of associates.
• Maintain key performance measures and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with developing and executing production plans.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of materials and equipment.
• Support sales, business office, and purchasing teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with risk management, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Specifications

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to interpret and transcribe data accurately.

Working Conditions

Combination of indoor and outdoor work; may include noisy situations and inclement weather. Requires walking/standing for extended periods. May involve night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Occasional travel to other locations. Follow all policies and regulations including OSHA and EPA standards.
