We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine experience, along with a proven track record of building and managing maintenance strategies, leading teams, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead and manage a team of 10 maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Build and implement a robust preventative maintenance (PM) program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the>
