Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a growing Central Valley food manufacturing company. You will oversee production scheduling, lead supervisors and hourly staff, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment with new facilities.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to meet customer commitments and drive business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Production Management experience within food manufacturing or agricultural processing.
• Experience leading large production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desirable.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a food processing environment. This individual will be responsible for production scheduling, employee leadership, safety compliance, quality standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities.
