Job Summary:

The Production Manager oversees daily operations within the chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production teams to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with business goals.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
• Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
