Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Production Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for strategic leadership of production operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and effective daily operations while driving alignment to organizational priorities and production goals.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering or related program. Preferred candidates will also have 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or six sigma is highly desirable. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Incumbent is required to have visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, analyzing data, etc. The noise and temperature are commensurate with a typical office environment.
Alternate physical demands exist when in the manufacturing setting to perform work. Standing, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, reaching and grasping up to 8+ hours per day for a few consecutive days may be required during the implementation phase of a project. The noise and temperature level are commensurate with a typical manufacturing environment.
