Dalsin Industries in Bloomington, MN seeks a Production Manager to provide strategic leadership of daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality while aligning with company goals.
You will develop production plans, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and data-driven decisions, partnering with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Sales and HR to meet customer commitments.
Reporting to the VP of Production Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for strategic leadership of production operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and effective daily operations while driving alignment to organizational priorities and production goals.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering or related program. Preferred candidates will also have 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or six sigma is highly desirable. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Standing, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, reaching and grasping up to 8+ hours per day for a few consecutive days may be required during the implementation phase of a project. The noise and temperature level are commensurate with a typical manufacturing environment.
