Lead daily machining and production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met. This role oversees production teams, coordinates workflow, supports troubleshooting efforts, manages staffing and resources, and works closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Education Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, or Technical degree preferred

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing or machining experience
• Previous leadership, lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production reporting, and manufacturing operations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk throughout production areas for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing or warehouse environments as required.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around production machinery, material handling equipment, noise, and other conditions common to manufacturing environments.
• Ability to remain active on the production floor while monitoring employees, equipment, safety, quality, and workflow.
