Position Summary:Austin Ridge Bible Church, an expanding multisite church located in the fast-growing city of Austin,Texas, is looking for a Production Manager. This person will be part of the Production Team indeveloping engaging worship services, resourcing staff and volunteers for ministry, and ensuring thequality and stability of all audio, video, and lighting production systems in our adult worship venues,age-graded ministry spaces, and cross-campus events.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Serve in any production position needed during weekend services and special eventsProvide leadership, training, and consultation to volunteers and staff of Austin Ridge ministriesSupport all-campus leadership in their direction and communication needs by providing responsive AVL production solutionsParticipate in evaluating, planning, and gathering resources for ministry eventsAssist in the setting up and running of audio, lighting, and/or video systems for ministries and event.Remain proficient on all technical and production equipment in all venues, in order to effectively give direction and offer training to volunteersProvide production support as needed for all Austin Ridge campusesAssist with stage sets and design by running cable, moving stage pieces, moving cameras, moving lights, building sets, etc. as assigned by Production Arts DirectorAssist in the maintenance, cleaning, organization, inventory, and some repair of audio, video, lighting, and staging systemsKey Competencies and Qualifications:A devoted follower of Jesus Christ5-7 years of related experience within the audio & video events industry and/or church live event productionPrior experience in the church production environment preferredCapable of leading, training, and equipping volunteers across multiple campusesExcellent initiative, interpersonal communication, and customer service skillsWillingness to be adaptable and maintain professionalism under pressureSelf-motivated as an individual contributor with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while following the leadership of Austin RidgeExcellent understanding of audio, video, and lighting signal flowStrong attention to detail and desire for excellenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to and in agreement with the statement of faith of Austin Ridge Bible ChurchIt is expected that this person is now or will become an active member of Austin Ridge Bible ChurchMay be called upon for lifting, pulling, climbing, bending, carrying, and pushing as needed to set up activities and events.
