The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years in specialty chemical manufacturing, including batch processing, and demonstrates leadership and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• BS in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty chemical manufacturing, including batch processing.
• Proven leadership in production or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing operations, process troubleshooting, and PSM.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
