Calqulate Metrics Ltd's global chemical client seeks a Process/Production Engineer to support batch and continuous operations, optimize yields, and ensure adherence to EHS/PSM regulations. You will troubleshoot equipment, track mass balances, and lead process improvement projects in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role covers safety, quality, reliability and cost, with involvement in training operations teams and supporting production planning.

Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering degree with 3+ years experience as Process / Production Engineer/ Leader in PSM/ chemical operating plants.
• Preferred experience with Lean/ Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, PHA, MOC, P&IDs
• Familiar with process unit operations and Controls; reactors, distillation, polymerization, esterification, filtration, dryers, twin-screw extrusion, heat treatment.
• Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Participate in PSM initiatives and audits.
• Implement change management processes including MOC, PSSR, P&ID, hazard reviews, SOPs, SPC, SQC.
• Lead incident investigations and problem-solving sessions (safety, quality, production, reliability, etc.)
• Assist with Training of Operations Teams.

Our global chemical client is expanding their Chemical Process Team. This Process / Production Engineering role will have responsibility supporting plant unit operations, continuous improvements, process/ product startups, and all EHS/ PSM regulations.
