Job summary

Ground Effects LLC seeks a dedicated Utility to ensure safe operation of production equipment and maximize capacity. You’ll follow EHS policies, attendance and disciplinary procedures, performing preventative maintenance and supporting production goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of OSHA rules and safety practices. This on-site role supports operations in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; certificate or degree is a plus.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to maximize production and meet customer requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks accurately and promptly.
• Assist with robotic spray gun builds and spray booth operation.
• Troubleshoot gun issues with spray booth operators to reduce unnecessary changes.
• Offer input on cost-saving ideas to streamline processes and reduce downtime.
