Industrial Maintenance Technician II 2nd Shift

• Full-time
• Position Type: Permanent
• Shift: 2nd Shift

Onsite Hiring Event taking place on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Interviews for 1st Shift positions will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and interviews for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions will take place from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at our North Brunswick, NJ facility. No appointment is necessary.

JOB DETAILS

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a TPM and continuous improvement environment.
• Maintain responsibilities and performance requirements within all fields of the Maintenance Technician Apprentice and Technician levels I & II positions.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment with a focus on uptime and quality.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and Line call maintenance on production machinery, documenting all work promptly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills, problem-solving desire, and effective communication with team members.
• Understanding and participation in TPM initiatives.
• Electrical skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, motor controls, and safety circuits.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, drives, servo systems, and basic electrical safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
