Scoular Co. is seeking a Production Worker to support maintenance, operations, safety, and quality in a unionized facility. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with inspections, and help ensure safe, efficient production. Weekend work is required and forklift duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or processing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training to ensure quality standards.
• Support daily operations including receiving and shipping using forklift.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation per standards.
• Monitor and report safety hazards and participate in location inspections.
