Job summary

Scoular is seeking a Production Worker to support maintenance, operations, safety, and quality in our processing and handling facility in Burlington, WA. This union position requires joining after 30 days and offers shifts: A from 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and C from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

You will operate forklifts, follow SOPs, participate in safety inspections, and help keep the facility clean and compliant. Overtime during peak season is expected, with benefits through the union plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production equipment per SOPs and safety rules.
• Support maintenance tasks and address equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse sanitation.
• Participate in safety meetings and location inspections.
