Responsibilities

• Oversee the production team and scheduling.
• Ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality products.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot any equipment and machinery issues.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.).
• Establish and maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
• Create and report on repair and maintenance issues.
• Follow organizational reporting for KPI tracking.
• Ensure the machinery or system is running and operational for 90% run time.
