Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.


• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.


• Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.


• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.


• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.


• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical degree/certificatewith applicable experience


• 5+ years of experience in related positions in manufacturingenvironment


• Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills


• Proven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teams


• Possesses exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
