Overall performance throughout the hiring process will determine position level-Adjuster II starts at $23.78/hour with an increase to $24.82/hour after successful evaluations and completion of 90-days. -Adjuster III starts at $22.23/hour with an increase to $23.27/hour after successful evaluations and completion of 90-days. -Adjuster Trainee starts at $20.52/hour.
Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm or 3rd shift: Monday (Sunday night) - (Thursday night) Friday 11:30pm to 7:30am

The Production Machine Adjuster/Adjuster Trainee is responsible for the set-up, adjustment, and operation of production machinery.
Various positions in the facility require successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Some positions could require access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required. Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check if job offer is received and accepted. Must be able to attend orientation and training on 1st shift (Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm) before transitioning to primary assignment on 2nd (3:30pm - 11:30pm) or 3rd (11:30pm - 7:30am) shift. Training could take up to six (6) weeks to complete.
