Job summary

Hilton Foods Group plc is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on operating machinery, maintaining line clearance between batches and ensuring specifications are available and followed.

You'll support the team in improving procedures, provide training recommendations, and help motivate staff to maintain high standards of work. This position is full-time and on-site at our Pennsylvania facility.

Qualifications

• Operating machinery as required.
• Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
• Understanding product specifications and ensuring specs are available.
• Supporting the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure required standards of work.
• Providing recommendations to training function for all line operators.
• Positive motivation of reporting staff.
