Job summary

TalentMovers seeks a Machine Operator – Food Production in Bristol/Fallsington, PA to operate and monitor packaging machinery in a food production environment. You will load ingredients, assist with setup, monitor flow and machine performance, and maintain safe operations.

Experience with Multivac and sealing equipment is valued. A high school diploma is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around heat is expected. Relocation benefits may be available.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food packaging machinery
• Load ingredients and production materials according to specifications
• Assist with machine setup and adjustments
• Monitor product flow and machine performance during production
• Operate packaging equipment, including Multivac, sealing, and vacuum-packaging systems
• Perform cleaning and sanitation according to GMP and SSOP requirements
• Identify and report equipment or production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating food-production or packaging equipment preferred
• Experience with Multivac, sealing machines, or vacuum-packaging equipment highly valued
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around heat for short periods
• Basic computer skills
• PLC or SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to follow production, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail
