Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects as needed.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by tooling and parameter setup.
• Monitor production status across sequences and address deviations.
• Operate and control processes per documented procedures.
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, and discard defective items.
• Support maintenance to reduce downtime and inspect machines.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
