Scotts Miracle-Gro is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate a computer controlled production system, mix and handle raw materials, and ensure quality through checks and calibration.

The role requires reading instructions, following safety procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This hourly position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year production plant experience preferred.
• Able to read English and follow directions.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in dusty, hot/cold environments.
• Overtime including weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer controlled production system.
• Complete daily job checklists and equipment checks/calibrations.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials and equipment operations.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials.
• Perform safety audits on equipment.
