Job summary

Aerotek in Franklin, IN is hiring a Production Associate to support the manufacturing of magnet wire in our new 700 building. You will handle raw materials, feed production lines, set machines from specifications, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and document production updates using the HMI touchscreen.

This contract-to-hire role requires physical endurance for 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule, onsite.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand work orders in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong tenure at previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials to prepare for production.
• Load production line by feeding raw wire.
• Understand specification sheets and set machines accordingly.
• Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Read the HMI touchscreen to ensure production quality.
• Pull enamel samples and document in-process updates.
• Use overhead cranes to move finished spools of wire.
• Use forklifts to store finished products in the warehouse.
