Job summary

Simmons-Food is seeking a Machine Operator VBC - Line 4 marination NS to ensure products meet specifications and standards. The role involves operating and setting up production machines, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, be able to read and communicate in English, and work well in a team. Forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting machines, basic mechanical and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with personnel to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adjusts production machines for efficiency, quality, and accuracy with minimal waste.
• Performs daily setup and operation of production machines.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspects equipment regularly.
• Performs basic light maintenance and assists with troubleshooting.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and documents product specs.
• May require forklift operation and license.
• Participates in team meetings and supports BESt practices.
