Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Machine Operator in Independence, MO. You will safely operate metal folding, roll forming, coil slitting, and rewind machines to produce quality trim and panel products for roofing and wall applications.

Qualifications include experience in manufacturing, ability to operate a forklift, and a high school diploma or GED. Full-time hours are 1st shift, with comprehensive benefits starting day 1.

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment; metal fabrication a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll forming equipment to produce roofing panels.
• Operate a metal folding machine to trim metal roof and side panels.
• Operate coil slitting and rewind equipment.
• Inspect finished products against specifications for defects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; assist other departments as needed.
