Job summary

Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking Production Team Members for concrete block manufacturing on 1st and 3rd shifts. You will operate and monitor machines, set up equipment and molds, adjust settings, inspect blocks, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Starting pay ranges by shift with premiums on weekends; benefits include profit sharing, 401(k), store discounts, medical and dental insurance, PTO, holidays, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
• Set up equipment, molds, and materials according to production specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER – CONCRETE BLOCK MANUFACTURING:

1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 2:30PM | MONDAY - FRIDAY

3RD SHIFT: 9:30PM – 6AM | SUNDAY - THURSDAY

STARTING PAY

PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)

FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)

+2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | + $3/HR ON WEEKENDS

*shift premium included in listed hourly rate
