Job summary

Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Team Member for the bagging line in aggregates. The role offers 1st shift (6am–6pm) and 2nd/3rd shifts with two-week rotations and weekend considerations.

Starting pay varies by PT/PT with 1st and 3rd shifts, plus shift premiums and weekend premiums. You'll operate bagging machines, monitor weights and sealing, and ensure smooth material flow while maintaining safety and quality.

• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials.
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight and sealing.
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations.

• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix).
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight and sealing.
• Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment.

1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 6PM | 2-week rotation schedule w/ every other full weekend off

2RD SHIFT: 6PM - 6AM | 2-week rotational schedule w/ every other full weekend off

STARTING PAY

PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)

FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)

+2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | + $3/HR ON WEEKENDS

*shift premium included in listed hourly rate
