Job summary

NextDeavor is seeking a Production Machine Operator 1 to set up, operate, and maintain routine production machinery on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00am–1:30pm) in Simi Valley, CA. You will follow blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure parts meet tolerances while supporting safety and efficiency on the line.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of factory machinery experience, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail with the ability to read drawings and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• 1–2 years' experience operating factory machinery.
• Strong numerical accuracy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and models to complete work.
• Troubleshoot to restore peak machine performance.
• Maintain materials, perform scheduled maintenance.
• Verify parts meet tolerances and specs.
• Use hand tools and precision instruments to check quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet targets and quality standards.
