Summary

Set up and operate automated production machines in areas such as heads shop, small spin cast, medium spin cast, mat cutting table, and winder. Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup and finish dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment independently.
• Measure and mark tanks from complex blueprints.
• Monitor machine displays and sounds to detect malfunctions.
• Replace worn or damaged machine parts.
• Clean and maintain robots.
• Pour abrasive particles into machine hoppers.
• Trim, sand, and drill parts as needed.
• Check projects for quality and conformance.
• Record and report defects.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Practice safety procedures.
• Assist in training new workers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Wear PPE and demonstrate dexterity and stamina.
• Subject to drug screening.
