• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

Production Machine Operator | Manufacturing Facility | Up to $17.50/hr with Attendance Bonus

Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay range: $14.50-$15.50/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus
Shift: 1st Shift:5am-5pm | 3rd shift 5pm - 5am

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with Forklift experience to join a growing manufacturing facility in Salisbury, NC. This position plays a vital role in supporting production operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading products, and ensuring production lines remain supplied with materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport bales and raw materials throughout the facility
• Coordinate the movement of materials from trailers and storage areas to grinding machines
• Support grinding operations by maintaining a steady flow of materials to production
• Complete production and inventory paperwork accurately and timely
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to safety and safe material handling practices
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime as needed
