Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport bales and raw materials around the facility.
• Coordinate movement of materials from trailers and storage areas to grinding machines; maintain steady production flow.
• Support grinding operations by ensuring a steady supply of materials to production.
• Accurately complete production and inventory paperwork in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues; follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
