Position Summary:

The General Production Labor role operates manufacturing equipment to produce high quality food and beverage products in a safe and effective manner.

Pay rate between $18.83 and $24.30/hour

Where You'll Work:

This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.

What You'll Do:

1. Operate equipment to meet department goals
2. Move, organize, and stage ingredients
3. Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards
4. Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality standards are met
5. Submit reports summarizing daily production
6. Inspect and test production line set-ups to ensure proper equipment operation
7. Check production equipment daily for proper cleaning and safe operation
8. Clean and sanitize production facilities and equipment
9. Follow the Plant Safety Program, GMP requirements and both people & food safety protocols
10. Ensure enough supplies and ingredients for production schedules
11. Perform other duties as assigned

4. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in an elevated environment
5. Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and both indoor/outdoors

What You'll Need:

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
2. Experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or other Manufacturing or industrial role preferred
