Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery.
• Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE use.
• Ability to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler) or willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts.
• Ability to work safely around large materials and moving equipment.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and reading dimensions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
