Pay: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required, along with preferred experience in manufacturing, especially within the automotive sector. Additionally, the ability to work with metric measurements and interpret production data will help ensure your success in effectively managing operations on the production floor.

Job Duties: As a Production Machine Operator, you can operate various manufacturing equipment, including large compression presses, laser machines, bonding stations, and tub assembly stations, to produce high-quality components. Working with fiberglass materials is a key part of the production process, where you will follow written and verbal instructions to achieve daily production goals while maintaining a steady production pace aligned with quality and safety standards. Regular quality checks ensure consistent performance, and any issues must be reported promptly.
