Join to apply for the Machine Operator Production (Nights) role at PepsiCo.

Position operates manufacturing equipment, including handling raw materials, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, or packaging products. Responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers, maintaining inspection processes, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure equipment efficiency.

The role involves lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, with most of the shift spent walking or standing, and may require working on weekends or holidays.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate and monitor production lines for efficiency
• Manage materials and finished products to ensure proper flow
• Ensure quality of packages and products
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of operations and downtime
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Maintain reliable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older

Helpful Experience:

• Experience with high-speed production lines, forklifts, packing, filling, palletizing, reading blueprints and schedules, manufacturing computers, sanitization, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance.
