Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, production coordination, inventory control, or related field.
• Strong inventory management knowledge.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor movement of production orders, materials, and inventory.
• Track production order status and expedite priority orders.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse, production, quality, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor workflow bottlenecks and escalate issues affecting schedules.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies, shortages, and inventory issues.
• Coordinate return and disposition of discrepant inventory.
• Ensure accurate documentation and transaction processing.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Monitor stop-work orders and quality holds.
• Escalate issues to stakeholders and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Support service billing activities.
• Develop and maintain operational reports using Excel and other systems.
• Analyze logistics and inventory data for trends and risks.
• Provide actionable insights and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for logistics issues.
• Maintain professional communication with internal customers and vendors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
