Logistics Coordinators are customer-focused problem solvers who learn our customers’ order patterns, gather detailed jobsite information, enter order and dispatch information accurately, communicate with delivery professionals and operations, and help keep a fast-moving delivery schedule on track. The work requires accuracy, composure, learning agility, and the ability to stay professional when plans change.

The schedule
Concrete is time-sensitive, and customer schedules can change based on weather, jobsite readiness, and project demands. Because of that, this role may include early start times, extended days, and occasional Saturday work during busy periods.
We are upfront about the schedule because dependability matters in this role. At the same time, many people enjoy the variety, teamwork, and sense of accomplishment that comes from helping customers and operations solve real-time problems every day.

This position is based in a professional, climate-controlled office environment and involves extensive phone, radio, and computer communication. The role requires extended periods of sitting and frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for keyboard/data entry.
