Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Line Worker to assist in cabinet assembly in Riverside, CA. You will assemble cabinets, trim joints, fit parts, and install hardware using air and hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This contract-to-hire role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precision, with opportunity for permanent placement based on performance. Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods in an onsite facility.

Job Description

As an Assembly Associate, you will play a vital role in the assembly of kitchen cabinets utilizing air tools and hand tools. Your tasks will include trimming and gluing joints, fitting parts together to form cabinet sections, assembling sections into completed cabinets, and installing hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves. You will also be responsible for installing finished products and performing other job-related duties as required.

• Assemble sections to form completed cabinets.
• Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves.

Work Environment

Work indoors in a manufacturing facility where temperatures inside reflect the weather outside. Essential physical tasks include consistently lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling weights between 25lbs and 50lbs, occasionally carrying up to 25lbs, and constant standing with occasional walking, bending, and twisting. Effective communication and hearing are required, as well as specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
