Operations Technician at a glance...

• Starting pay range: $21.90 - $22.90 per hour.
• Located at Columbia, MO plant - Home of the Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs

Work Schedule:

(8:00am – 8:00pm) or (8:00pm – 8:00am)

Responsibilities:

• Processing and handling of raw meat including beef, pork, and poultry.
• Follow directives to ensure quality products while maintaining safety standards.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Performing daily sanitation work and cleaning.
• Processing supervised documentation.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of continuous prior employment.
• Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in cold/wet environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, and pull.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid State-issued photo ID.
• Reliable transportation for any shift.
• Removal of jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes, and nail polish before starting employment for safety reasons.
