Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and stand long hours.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and electrical systems per blueprints.
• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections on production lines.
• Diagnose issues using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Repair parts and document repair details.
• Organize and schedule other line technicians for maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with line operators to optimize production.
• Observe safety protocols and report risks.
• Train new employees on maintenance procedures.
• Stay current with technologies through ongoing education.
