Job summary

IKI Manufacturing Co LLC in Edgerton, Wisconsin, seeks a Line Operator I to keep the production line running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up equipment, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. A strong mechanical background and safety-first mindset are essential.

Exact pay will be based on skills and experience, plus $2.00 per hour shift premium. 2nd shift M-F 2:30pm-11pm; 3rd shift S-TH 10:30pm-7am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment (aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, packaging systems).
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments per schedules.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs or component replacements.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Stay updated on industry advancements for process improvements.
