Job summary

Staffing Synergies Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing technician in the United States. This position offers a pay rate of $18/hr and an immediate start, with Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shifts.

You will perform production line setups and changeovers, adjust machine settings to optimize productivity and quality, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to keep lines running. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of manufacturing experience, and a commitment to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical training or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience with machine setup, changeovers, or production equipment adjustments preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform production line setups and changeovers.
Adjust machine settings to optimize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical and operational issues during production runs.
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards.
Follow all plant safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Participate in training programs to improve setup and troubleshooting skills.
Assist with new product trials and setup validation activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
