Qualifications

• Ability to accurately count and record in production documents.
• Able to read and write the English language.
• Mechanically-inclined and able to read a tape measure.
• Able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• The Line Support Operator supports daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Responsibilities include assembling products, assisting with production processes such as machine operating, inspecting products and palletizing finished goods.
• This role involves using hand and power tools, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards.
• Team members may assist with general production tasks across the plant as needed.
