Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) in Durham is seeking a production team lead to guide daily manufacturing activities and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will recruit, train and evaluate team members, organize workflows, and communicate updates to leadership while monitoring equipment and entering data into ERP systems. The role emphasizes collaboration and adherence to procedures in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience entering information into production database and ERP system
• Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
• Must be able to work well with others in a diverse workforce environment
• Forklift experience required.

• Performs other job duties as assigned
