Qualifications

  • Ability to become Green Belt certified.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees effectively.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve instances of non-standard work promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively engaging and developing employees to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify and address safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Investigate and identify root causes for customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
  • Communicate business updates and directives to the team in a clear and professional manner.
  • Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas to senior management, contributing to overall organizational improvement.
  • Provide support and backup to team members and colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the production department.
