Simmons Prepared Foods Inc in Southwest City, MO is seeking a full-time Production Associate to operate on the Styler DSI SW line. You will place and spread product on conveyors, maintain line speed, and verify weights and quality while adhering to safety and company policies.

The role requires standing for long periods in a cold, wet, and noisy environment, with PPE provided and required. Training and teamwork are emphasized to maintain efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and work in a cold, wet, noisy environment.

Responsabilités

• Places and spreads product on conveyor belt, ensuring product is straight and not touching or overlapping before entering machine.
• Maintains line speeds and ensures product meets specifications.
• Inspects meat for bones or fat and returns rejects to the debone trimline; identifies improper cuts and notifies supervisor.
• Rotates to other positions on the line as required.
• Participates as a Team member and supports team concepts, policies, and routine meetings.
• Familiar with Simmons operating systems and policies and supports system-wide objectives.
• Performs other duties as necessary to support business objectives.
