Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using computers for work or school.
• Ability to perform physical labor up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in an industrial warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with basic measurement tools such as tape measures.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to follow safety and operational processes and procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and train others as needed.
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliable work history.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Setup assistance: Help operators with line and machine setup and production processes.
• Product loading onto the line or machine while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Non-conformance notification: Report any observed non-conformances during processing to the operator.
• Setup creation: Assist in the creation and adjustment of setups as required.
• Packaging support: Aid in the packaging area as needed.
• Cross-training: Support and/or train on other lines or machines to meet business needs.
• Computer use: Utilize computer systems to facilitate production tasks.
• Additional duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
