Responsibilities

• Operate Elsner machinery following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Change belts, rollers, bearings, and perform line changeovers.
• Conduct hourly quality checks and maintain production logs.
• Set up material rolls and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance for smooth production flow.
• Train new team members and support supervisor directions.
