Job summary

You will move along a conveyor, assist with packing, weighing and quality checks to ensure only products meeting standards advance. Essential duties emphasize teamwork, adherence to Simmons operating systems, Lean principles, safety and PPE while staying flexible to support production.

Qualifications

• Performs multiple types of packing and weighing.
• Inspects, grades and removes product not meeting standards.
• Must be able to work on a moving conveyor and follow team instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh and style product on the belt.
• Rotate through packer, scaler, styler and grader roles as needed to maintain line speeds.
