Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma is required.
• Able to work in cold, wet production environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced plant setting and learn multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE, safety guidelines, HACCP and sanitation practices.
• Operate packaging tools and assist in packing, labeling, and stacking.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with 5S requirements.
• Cross-train across multiple positions and assist team leads as needed.
• Notify QA of any quality issues or deviations from specs.
