Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Machine Operator 4 for our refrigerated production environment. You will operate the Hayssen bagger and related packaging lines to meet product specs.

The role requires GMP/SQF/HACCP compliance and quality checks, with a focus on waste reduction and production efficiency. Applicants should have a GED or high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a cold, fast-paced, 24-hour plant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills.
• Willingness to cross-train and multi-task in multiple positions.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and bagger (Hayssen) per bag specifications.
• Maintain GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections and check bag/contents for defects.
• Manage and reduce waste using scale system; ensure production efficiency.
• Certify bags meet product and order specifications by lot numbers and code dates.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
